As well as any allergies, particularly to latex, alcohol, dyes, pigments and any nickel or metal allergies.
I understand that it is not possible to tattoo sun burnt skin, and should I turn up with the proposed tattoo area sun burnt, that the artist will turn me away and I will forfeit my deposit.

I understand that I am to arrive promptly or just before my agreed appointment time, and should I be late, this could result in the loss of both my appointment and deposit. I understand that if I am running late, or run the risk of being late that I must call the studio immediately on 01702 719794 and let them know ASAP. Where possible the studio will try and make arrangements to continue the appointment that day, but I am not guaranteed or owed this outcome. I understand I will most likely be expected to rebook for another appointment at a later date and time, and will be required to pay another non refundable deposit to do so.
I understand that should the artist for any unforseen reason be running behind with the previous appointment, or for any other reason be late to start my appointment that this does not warrant a refund. I understand due to the nature of tattooing, it is quite common for appointments to over run slightly and it is not the artist or studios fault. I understand that in the event of the artist running behind, or by appointment starting late; that the artist will (where possible) add the time onto the end of my appointment, or if not possible they will modify the price of that session accordingly.
I understand that children or anyone under the age of 18 are not allowed to accompany me into the tattoo area, and that no persons under the age of 14 can be left unattended in the reception area. I understand that I must ensure if needed, that I have made arrangements for child care, and take into consideration with said childcare any eventuality where my appointment could run late or take longer than originally expected.
I understand that if the artist cannot make my appointment on the agreed date, due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance, that they will let me know as soon as possible via the contact number I have left or my email. I understand this does not make me eligable for a refund. I understand and accept the artist will endeavour to get me rebooked for their soonest available appointment after that date.
I understand that if I change my design idea, or any of the details involved within the design, last minute/without giving at least 72 hours notice, it may mean I need to be rebooked in order to allow the artist time for the re-draw, in which case I will also need to pay a new deposit/will lose the exisiting deposit.
I understand that if I should change my idea, that I do not have any rights over any artwork the artist may have drawn for my original design brief. As well as the right to use said artwork on any and all merchandise, website or social media they may see fit.
I understand that my deposit is purely to secure the artist’s time for an appointment, and is in no way a drawing fee, and does not entitle me to any rights over the artist’s artwork or for artwork to be sent out before my appointment date.
I understand that the artist’s have a very busy schedule and do not under any circumstances send out the artwork before my appointment date or time. Instead they will either get the drawing made ready for me to view on the day, allowing time for any slight amendments to be made. I understand this is because the studio has found it a lot more positive and beneficial for everyone to discuss any changes in person. Or for certain situations or designs, the artist may wait until the time of my appointment to draw the design, or freehand it onto the area for me.
I understand that if I book a tattoo for a certain area of my body, and then decide to change my desired area between the time of booking and the actual appointment; that there are certain areas the artist may refuse to tattoo. Should I wish to change it to one of these areas of my body, or an area the artist deems is unfit for the design, is in their professional opinion not possible or reckless, or will cause poor healing. That they have every right to refuse the tattoo and in the event of this happening I will forfeit my deposit. Or should I then wish to cancel I again will forfeit my deposit.
